Orders placed on this website are prepared fresh and collected from our counter at Shop No. A/235, Gandhi Path Road, Queens Road, Vaishali Nagar. We will call the number you give us when the order is ready. For delivery, please order through Zomato or Swiggy, whose own terms apply.

An order is a request until we confirm it. If an ingredient has run out we will call you to swap it or refund you — we would rather do that than serve you something you did not choose.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is always the one on our menu at the moment the order is placed, calculated on our server. Prices on the site may change without notice.

You may pay online through Razorpay or at the counter when you collect. Online payments are only treated as received once Razorpay confirms them to us. If a payment fails after you have placed an order, the order stays open and you can pay on collection.

Because everything is made to order, we can only cancel an order before we start preparing it. Call us as soon as possible on +91 92160 71276. Where a refund is due on an online payment, we process it back to the original method — Razorpay typically takes five to seven working days to settle it.

If something is wrong with what we handed you, tell us on the day and we will remake it or refund it.

We use nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten and honey daily, and we prepare everything in one small kitchen. We can build a dish without a given ingredient, but we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please tell us before ordering so we can be honest with you about the risk.

Nutritional figures on this site are approximate and are given as a guide, not as a medical statement.

A table request is not a confirmed booking until we have called you back. We are a compact counter and seating is limited, so please let us know if your plans change.

Coupon codes apply to the conditions stated with each offer, one per order, and cannot be combined. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time; orders already placed are unaffected.

The photographs, text, logo and design on this site belong to The House of Açaí. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. We try to keep everything accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
